Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Matt Scheuing oversees Changepoint’s global presence, growth strategy, and technology offering. Matt brings more than 25 years of multi-sector senior leadership expertise in enterprise software to his role as CEO. Before joining Changepoint, Matt spent time in leadership roles as CEO and on the Board of Directors at enterprise technology companies ranging from Fortune 200 to venture funded start-ups.
Prior to Changepoint, Matt was CEO of Tideland Signal, where he led high performance teams in the delivery of innovative aids to marine navigation solutions. He previously spearheaded StrataGen, delivering enterprise telematics solutions to fleet markets worldwide. Matt also led IntelliTax, a leader in financial transactions processing in the tax industry. His prior experience also includes C-level roles in enterprise document, workflow and speech recognition applications.
As a German native who was raised in several different locations globally, Matt frequently draws on his international experiences as a global business leader. Matt received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two children and has called the city home for the past 16 years.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Scott Mahan oversees Changepoint’s financial well-being and plays a key role in developing and evaluating corporate strategy. Scott brings more than 25 years of experience growing corporations from early-stage to a global presence. His diverse background includes broad experience in all aspects of finance, operations, management, and accounting at on-premise and SaaS-based software accounting companies as well as experience in other industries.
Prior to joining Changepoint, Scott served as CFO at Atigeo, a big data analytics company whose software uncovers the insights needed to make high-impact business decisions and investments. Before that, he spent time as CFO and SVP of Operations at BSQUARE (NASDAQ: BSQR), a provider of software solutions for embedded devices. Scott has also held roles with Xylo, Qpass, Sequel Technology, Spry, Paccar, and Ernst & Young.
He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Management degree from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Senior VP of Worldwide Sales and Operations
John Nanno is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Operations. He is responsible for the development of Changepoint’s go to market strategic, and the field execution to drive revenue from Changepoint’s direct sales and channel organizations. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry including SAP, Oracle and HP, John and his team focus on creating and driving customer value through the utilization Changepoint’s world class solutions. Our entire focus is on the enablement of Changepoint’s customers to transform and grow their business through improved top line growth, and cost controls. John holds an MBA from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management.
Vice President of Marketing
Michael Smith is Vice President of Marketing and responsible for Changepoint’s global marketing organization including corporate, product, field and channel marketing teams. Michael brings over 20 years of enterprise software marketing and leadership from both Fortune 500 and Venture Capital funded software companies. Prior to Changepoint, he was Senior Director of Global Marketing for Avaya, Senior Director of Marketing for Cisco WebEx and Director of Sales and Marketing for Microsoft Lync. Michael also held senior marketing roles at software start-ups Clarus and Rubric as well as management consulting roles at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and a B.S. in Information Systems also from Carnegie Mellon.
Vice President of Customer Success
Susan George joined the Changepoint team in 2004 as a Sales Representative, most recently serving as Director of Sales Operations. In the past five years Susan has worked on new sales initiatives ranging from sales execution systems to the creation of the account management team. As Vice President of Customer Success, Susan will apply that insight to her focus on customer lifecycle strategy, and build programs that will ensure customer success in both the short and long term.
Prior to Changepoint, Susan spent 9 years in the financial industry, in charge of accounting at TCI Media, which is now owned by Comcast. Before that, Susan specialized in strategic high-level finance and tech recruiting, helping to develop organizational strategy and resource planning at Robert Half and Volt Services. Susan received a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Vice President of Product Management
Eric Bergman joined Changepoint in the Fall of 2013 and is responsible for the company’s product strategy and execution, including user experience design. Prior to joining Changepoint he was the co-founder & VP of Product Development at One4All where he lead product, user experience, and engineering.
Eric brings 15 years of product management, marketing, and cloud technology experience and over a decade of Project Portfolio Management experience to Changepoint. Eric has held senior management positions in product management and program management. As a consultant, he has worked with various enterprise software companies to identity new products and implement go-to-market strategies. Eric earned his BA in Business Administration with a concentration in management information systems from Western Washington University.
Vice President of Technology
Brandon joined Changepoint in the spring of 2010 and is responsible for all Changepoint technology. Prior to joining Changepoint, Brandon held leadership positions at Amdocs Interactive (formerly Qpass), an electronic payments platform provider for the mobile industry, where one of his primary responsibilities was the creation of a software development kit that accelerated delivery of mobile and web storefronts for mobile carriers.
Brandon has over 15 years of technology leadership experience in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500. He has a proven track record of linking strategic product concepts to rapid delivery of new features to market that drive business growth. Brandon cut his teeth as a software developer writing code for Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) in their Acoustic, Power, and Intensity laboratory used to automate testing of ultrasonic scan heads for FDA compliance. Brandon is a US Navy veteran and self-taught programmer.
Vice President of Global Professional Services
Paul Yaros joined Changepoint as the Vice President of Global Professional Services in the Spring of 2015. He is responsible for the company’s global services team that focuses on implementation, technical, and process/product optimization services.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience in transforming and leading professional services and PMO organizations in the technology industry at companies such as Epicor Software, Prophet 21, Activant Solutions and Model N. Paul and his team are dedicated to assisting customers in accelerating value through the utilization of Changepoint’s world class solutions. Paul holds an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and is a certified Project Management Professional.
General Manager of Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM)
Paul Cramer joined Changepoint as General Manager of Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) in April 2015. Paul is responsible for business planning and for managing all business operations to meet Changepoint's EPM goals. Prior to joining Changepoint, Paul founded barometerIT, the firm that created Changepoint's EPM software offering.
Paul has spent 25 years in the technology field as an entrepreneur, management consultant, and business leader, helping companies attain the best return on their IT investments. Paul previously served as Director of Business Development for the U.S.-based information technology and services firm, Perficient. He is passionate about technology and takes a simple, principle-based approach to solving both business and IT-related issues. Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
Director of Human Resources
Formerly the Director of Talent Strategy and Acquisition at Rogers Communications, Marianne is building on more than 2 decades of HR experience in progressive roles in various areas including HR Business Partner, Organizational Design, Training and Development with 10 years of focus in Talent Strategy and Acquisition.
